Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (Monday–Friday).

Orders are shipped from Illinois, USA.
Business days do not include weekends or holidays.


Shipping Method & Delivery Time

We ship all domestic orders via USPS and UPS. International order recipients are allowed to select their carrier of choice from a list. 

Once your order has shipped, delivery within the US typically takes 1–8 business days, depending on your location and transit times.

International orders typically arrive within 1–4 weeks, depending on destination, customs processing, and local postal services.

Please note: delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays or high-volume periods.



Shipping Rates

  • Free shipping on domestic orders over $100

There are no additional handling or packaging fees on domestic orders.

 

International Shipping Rates

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT, GST, customs fees, or other charges imposed by your country's government. 
  • Any post-purchase charges are determined by your local customs authority and are not collected by us.

  • Any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
